2025-2026 Registration Steps for New Students at Castle Park High School

You will need to complete all four steps for your registration to be complete

1. Download, complete, and sign Residency Verification Document

2. Household Form Household Form (pdf) - Click Here!
3. ALL High School Transcripts from previous school
Individualized Education (IEP)....If applicable

Email all completed forms and all document to the Registrar

*ALL forms and documents must be received before student can be enrolled

STEP 3:

Email all Immunization Records to School Nurse

*Student cannot begin school if immunization are not received or incomplete

STEP 4:

The Registrar will email you the Activation Code for Online Registration (OLR) once all documents have been received.
