CPH Parent Involvement Day
Date: September 8, 2014
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Location: Room 1205 (Parent Center)
Research in the areas of parent involvement indicates that parent participation is one of the greatest indicators of student success. On Monday, September 8, Castle Park High School will hold a parent involvement day on campus. There will be activities/resources to help involve parents in their student’s education. The activities for the day are as follows:
|8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.||Welcome & Introduction||Welcome by administration|
|9:00 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.||Counselor||A – G, & Graduation Requirements|
|9:15 a.m. – 9:35 a.m.||Student Data||Parents will receive their son/daughter’s progress report grades, and attendance|
|9:40 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.||Parents visit classrooms||Parents are invited to shadow their students in their 1st, 2nd and 3rd period class.|
|11:30 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.||Q & A||Parent questions and concerns will be addressed|
